Italian culture influences some food preparation that most of the techniques have had been applied and used by many chefs globally and the basis of different recipes is using a basic tomato sauce; the fattening pasta was still introduced though the pasta began in country of China thousands of years ago, their noodles were made from rice flour and were not that fattening, but the Italians used wheat flour to make it more fattening.
